Due to the perishable nature of our products and state alcohol regulations, Mano's Wine cannot accept physical returns of wine once it has been delivered. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, carefully examine your shipment for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect labeling before the courier departs if possible.
- 2.Document Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect bottle, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label to expedite your claim.

Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the documentation of the issue within 14 days of receipt.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
