Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery of any package containing alcohol.
How long does it take to process a custom etched bottle?
Our handcrafted etching process typically takes 5-7 business days to complete before the item is shipped to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
Where do you ship your wine products?
We currently ship to most states within the US, however, due to varying state laws, we cannot ship to AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, RI, or UT.
What is your return policy for wine purchases?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on wine. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our carrier (UPS or FedEx) to monitor its progress.
Are your sports-themed bottles officially licensed?
Yes, all of our professional and collegiate sports bottles are officially licensed through their respective leagues and universities.
